A detailed information was provided to the beneficiaries of resume writing and made them understand that an updated modern Resume is the key to a successful job search. A resume is used to describe what one can accomplish professionally in a manner that also illustrates what one can do for an employer. Most candidates who are freshers use the functional resume format instead of the more commonly used chronological resume format. A functional resume format highlights one’s skills and abilities instead of focussing on one’s experience or lack. Reading the job description enhances the choice of words to include and highlight education, training, and certification throughout the resume.
