“My name is Sanika Kshirsagar. I completed my 12th. At the age of 18, I got married. My situation before marriage was alright. After marriage, it became very difficult to manage because of economic problems. When I came to know about this course I immediately filled out the form for the course and did a computer course in Nirmaan Organisation. I didn’t know anything but here I got to learn all kinds of computer knowledge. They also had online sessions like mock interviews, how to prepare resumes, how to handle zoom meetings, financial literacy and gender equality sessions were conducted, so my confidence level increased a lot. After that, I got a job through Nirmaan. I am currently working as a receptionist at Morya Developers and I have a good salary.
