We are looking for a dynamic and experienced STEM Lab Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the development of future innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the STEM lab, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement STEM-related educational programs and activities that are engaging, hands-on, and aligned with current educational practices.
- Maintain and manage the inventory of lab equipment and materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to integrate STEM activities into the school curriculum, providing support and resources as needed.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed within the lab, creating a safe learning environment for students and staff.
- Teach computer science subjects to Government Secondary School students, focusing on both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Conduct experimental classes, guiding students through hands-on experiments. Maintain records of student performance in practical sessions and assessments.
- Lead robotics sessions and teach basic coding using Scratch and Java, fostering students’ problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Education).
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a laboratory setting, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.

- Proficiency with lab equipment and technology.
