A Story of Hope and Potential

In the heart of Phulia Kalan, a small village in Rajasthan, stands a government school with an extraordinary legacy. Despite limited resources, this school has nurtured 90 National-level and 783 State-level hockey players. Its alumni include doctors, engineers, lawyers, and entrepreneurs who have gone on to change their world.

Yet, this institution of hope is at risk. The school’s infrastructure is crumbling—leaking roofs, insufficient classrooms, and inadequate basic amenities forcing students to study under trees. The lack of proper toilets, furniture, and learning resources creates daily challenges for the children, many of whom come from rural, economically disadvantaged families.

This is where YOU come in. Together, we can rewrite the story of Phulia Kalans government school. By transforming it into a Center of Academics and Sports Excellence (CASE), we can give these children the tools and opportunities they need to excel in both academics and sports.

A Vision for Transformation

Our goal is to empower every student at Phulia Kalan by providing:

• ➼  Modern Classrooms with science and computer labs, a library, and state-of-the-art learning tools.
• ➼  World-Class Sports Infrastructure with an AstroTurf hockey field, athletic tracks, and courts for basketball, volleyball, and kabaddi.
• ➼  Holistic Development Programs like teacher training, career counseling, digital learning platforms, and vocational skills training.
• ➼  Girl Child-Friendly Facilities to ensure every girl can pursue her dreams in a safe and supportive environment.

Were raising future Kalam’s and Dhyan Chand’sleaders who will shine in classrooms, sports arenas, and beyond.

• ✔  250+ Villages Served: Extending education to communities within a 35-mile radius.
• ✔  4,000+ Students: From preschool to Grade 12, including 2,000+ girls.
• ✔  1,000+ Players Trained: Nurturing students for state and national championships.
• ✔  Free and Inclusive Education: Providing free education in English and Hindi mediums, across streams like Math, Arts, Commerce, and Agriculture.
• ✔  Zero Migration: Eliminating the need for students to leave for urban schools.
• ✔  Clean Energy: Promoting sustainability through solar energy solutions.

How YOU Can Make a Difference

Our mission is ambitious, but with your support, it’s achievable. The project, led by Shri Kalyan Seva Sansthan, is unfolding in two phases:

Phase 1: Infrastructure Development (Ongoing)

• ➼  Academic: 90,000 sq. ft. campus with fully equipped labs, classrooms, and libraries for 4,000 students per shift.
• ➼  Sports: AstroTurf hockey field, athletic tracks, courts, gymnasium, and a 500-seat stadium.

Phase 2: Enabling Excellence

• ➼  Academics: Teacher training, career counseling, competitive exam coaching, and digital learning tools.
• ➼  Sports: Player coaching programs, tournaments, and scholarships for outstanding athletes.

Every donation, no matter the size, is a step toward transforming lives.

We have currently raised ₹12 Cr ($1.4M), however there is a requirement of ₹9 Cr ($1.1M) more to achieve this vision.

Ways to Contribute:

• ➼ ₹4.8 Cr: Helps fund an entire academic building (40,000 sq. ft) from Preschool through Grade 8.
• ➼ ₹2 Cr: Covers the cost of FIH (Federation of International Hockey) certified AstroTurf for the Hockey field.
• ➼ ₹80,00,000: Enables the construction of stadium lighting with 500-capacity seating or powers the campus sustainably with a 150 kW rooftop solar system.
• ➼ ₹40,00,000: Helps fund essential furniture (chairs, tables, podiums) for 2000 students or sets up one (of three) 50-seat modern computer labs.
• ➼ ₹20,00,000: Supports the development of one sports facility (e.g., athletic track, gymnasium, or play courts) or the setup of a fully equipped library or language lab.
• ➼ ₹8,00,000: Sponsors the setup of one science lab (physics, chemistry, biology or STEM/Robotics) for hands-on learning.
• ➼ ₹4,00,000: Helps fund essential furniture (chairs and tables) for a classroom of 50 students.
• ➼ ₹2,00,000: Equips a classroom of 50 students with a digital whiteboard and academic content for interactive learning.
• ➼ ₹40,000: Provides sports kits (shoes, uniforms, and sports accessories) for 5 students.
• ➼ ₹20,000: Funds academic kits (shoes, uniforms, and learning materials) for 5 students for 1 year.
• ➼ Be a Changemaker: Any amount to support critical needs across both phases of the project.
