Volunteering session on “Workplace Readiness”

On 11-May-2022, Nirmaan’s corporate partner “EY” has conducted a session on “Workplace Readiness”. 3 volunteers from “EY” have imparted knowledge on different skills required in a workplace to 40 beneficiaries for 2 hours. It covered various skills like communication, team work, Interpersonal skills and adaptability etc. The session was quite informative and engaging and helped the beneficiaries to assess their current skills and determine the areas of improvement. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers and the partner for the valuable time and knowledge.
