Nirmaan Organization & EPAM Systems partnership to empower young girls & women towards future in technology
As we commemorate International Women’s Day 2024, Nirmaan Organization stands proud to express our deep appreciation for the invaluable partnerships that have fueled our mission of empowering women. This year, we extend heartfelt gratitude to EPAM Systems for their unwavering support and collaboration for our Scholarship and Mentorship program aimed at nurturing STEM graduate women across five states.
Thanks to EPAM’s generous contributions, our program has empowered 100 talented women, providing them with scholarships and access to effective mentorship opportunities. This impactful initiative has not only opened doors but also paved pathways for these aspiring technologists to thrive in their careers.
However, our journey wouldn’t have been possible without the dedicated efforts of EPAM’s volunteers, who have been the backbone of this endeavor from its inception. From the meticulous selection of students to orchestrating events across various locations, our volunteers have exemplified passion and commitment at every step of the way. Their dedication has been instrumental in shaping the success stories of these young technology graduates.
Moreover, our partnerships have transcended mere collaborations; they have evolved into meaningful relationships rooted in a shared vision of bridging the digital divide. Through our flagship Ekids program, we have been providing access to high quality technology education for 15,000+ students, out of which 50% are young girls across five states.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, let us renew our pledge to “Inspire Inclusion.” Let us continue to break barriers, shatter stereotypes, and create a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. Together, we can build a future where empowerment knows no bounds.
