Responsibility
Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industry
Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements
Participating in Admission Selection interviews .
Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules .
Taking Personal Counselling’s to students
Documentation works.
Accompanying students while participating in interviews.
Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students).
Essential Skills
Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi and Telugu)
Good Team player
Ability to handle and place the students
Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on regular basis.
Education Qualification
Graduate or Post Graduate
MBA (HR) is preferred
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into IT Industry
