On 18th September 2024, Nirmaan Organization hosted an impactful session on Hygienic Wellness at St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda in Hyderabad, led by our Mental Health Initiative Head, DR APARNA MARAMREDDY.
This interactive session, designed specifically for college girls, helped 45 young women with valuable insights into personal hygiene and self-care practices. Attendees engaged in lively discussions, learning how maintaining hygiene is deeply linked to mental well-being.
