Impact Story of Reshma Ramesh Lingfode

Reshma Ramesh Lingfode didn’t even know what she was talking about when she came to the classroom to inquire. And she was educated in a school for the deaf. She has completed her education till 10th standard. Her mother is also deaf. She also joined the class but left the class on her own as she could not hear.
The condition of her house is bad. Her father works as a bamboo picker and her mother goes to the village and works in the fields. She has the determination to do something in her daily life. So she took admitted to Nirmaan Org, class. And today she creates every pattern very well. She has made the embroidery patterns very delicate and beautiful. She has undergone many nice changes. So she is happy. After completing her classes, she is confident that she will start a blouse-sewing business at home. She is very thankful to Nirmaan Organization and ADP Company.
