Nature of Job:

Health program management ensures project operations. Working closely with the team members. Being part of all kinds of health-related need assessments. Coordinate and participate in health camps, events, programs, and many more.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Blood Donation Camp Coordination: Organize and oversee the smooth execution of blood donation camps, ensuring proper logistics, volunteer coordination, and public awareness.
  2. Training Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and participants’ availability.
  3. Need Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of healthcare needs within the community, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Hospital Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions, fostering collaboration for community health initiatives.
  5. Local Government Interaction: Engage in regular communication with local government officials to align health initiatives with governmental policies and regulations.
  6. Guest and Meeting Management: Facilitate guest invitations, manage their participation in events, and ensure seamless execution of meetings related to health programs.
  7. Logistics Support: Provide logistical support for various health-related activities, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and resource allocation.
  8. Report Preparation: Compile and prepare comprehensive reports detailing the outcomes, impact, and progress of health programs, aiding in informed decision-making.Your role is integral to enhancing community health, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient coordination for various health-related initiatives.

Education Qualifications:

  • BSc/ Bio-Technology/ Any medical degree
