Nirmaan Volunteering Conclave 2025: Celebrating 20 Years of Impact and Empowering Future Changemakers

What started in 2005 as a one-hour-a-day initiative has now grown into a nationwide impact, clocking 34,293 hours of volunteering and building a network of 16,099 volunteers across India.

Our Nirmaanites took immense pride on January 31, 2025, as we successfully wrapped up the Nirmaan Volunteering Conclave at Infosys, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, celebrating the power of VOLUNTEERISM and honoring the 1,60,240+ lives we've touched.

The conclave was a celebration of changemakers. From honoring our dedicated volunteers and displaying Nirmaan’s 20-year journey to hearing the moving story of Sangeetha, a beneficiary, and engaging in a thought-provoking panel discussion on the future of social impact, the conclave was a grand success.

A key highlight was the launch of ‘Program Vasishtha’ and the ‘ChangeMakers Program’, aimed at creating perpetual impact. We also introduced the Volunteering Portal, making it easier than ever for individuals and organizations to contribute meaningfully.

As this trailblazing day ended, we reaffirmed our mission to create a big change in people’s lives, one small act of service at a time. Together, we are Nirmaan and will continue to build a brighter tomorrow!
