Despite progress, women remain significantly underrepresented in the tech industry, especially those from underprivileged communities. They often miss out on opportunities due to limited access to quality training, mentorship, and job support.
At Nirmaan, our Women in Tech Program addresses this gap by offering free tech education and job readiness training. Through this program, we empower women with the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to build meaningful careers and achieve economic independence.
