Many individuals from the LGBTQIA+ communities continue to face struggle to access safe learning spaces, job opportunities, or the support needed to build a sustainable livelihood. Often, the barriers aren't just skill-related, they’re social, emotional, and systemic.
Nirmaan’s LGBTQIA+ Skilling and Entrepreneurship Development Program is our step toward breaking this cycle. This initiative is designed to support every Transgenders, Gay & MSM Communities and Mixed Queer groups through tailored skill training, mentorship, and livelihood opportunities.
Outreach through LGBTQIA+ support networks to identify, counsel, and motivate individuals
Training in Digital Marketing, Retail & Sales, and Small-Scale Entrepreneurship.
Safe, respectful, and identity-affirming learning spaces
Real-time sessions with inclusive employers and LGBTQIA+ professionals
Linkages with diversity-supportive companies for sustainable employment
Financial literacy sessions, startup mentoring, and market linkages to help individuals launch or grow their own businesses
