Persons with disabilities (PwDs) often face systemic barriers to education, employment, and dignity. At Nirmaan, we are transforming this reality by bridging the gap between disability and opportunity. Through our PwDs Skilling Program, we offer customized training in IT, finance, and soft skills, designed to be accessible, inclusive, and empowering. With strong government and corporate collaborations, the program creates equitable access to employment, redefines workplace norms, and champions ability over limitation.

I was born with a physical disability (Locomotor - OH). My father works as a security guard. As the eldest child in my family, I’ve always felt the responsibility to support them financially.
Growing up in a low-income area in the southern part of Hyderabad, I have experienced the struggles of poverty firsthand. But everything changed when I joined Nirmaans ITES course. With their support, I secured a position at a reputed company with a decent salary. Today, Im proud to be financially supporting my family.
