At Nirmaan, Youth Employment Program equips underserved youth with market-driven skills, prepares them for real-world jobs, and connects them to sustainable livelihood opportunities, fueling a self-reliant and economically empowered India.

Joining the NirmaanRaheja Mindspace Free Skilling Centre was a turning point. The 90-day training boosted my skills and confidence.
