On November 9, 2024, Ujaas, an initiative by Aditya Birla Group, with Nirmaan Organization as the executive partner, successfully conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Program at SRD Homes, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad, impacting 150 orphans.
Led by DR APARNA MARAMREDDY, Head of Nirmaan’s Mental Health Initiative, the session provided valuable insights on the biological aspects of menstruation, the importance of hygiene practices, and safe, affordable menstrual products.
We also distributed 150 menstrual kits, ensuring these individuals have the resources to manage their health confidently.
