Celebrating Sustainability and Giving Back: Daan Utsav 2024 with Bosch Hyderabad!
In the spirit of Daan Utsav 2024, Bosch Global Software Technologies Hyderabad associates partnered with Nirmaan Organization to support orphan and elderly shelter homes while championing sustainability. Associates generously donated clothing and garments for residents of our Orphan and elderly shelter homes. And any torn and discarded items were recycled live at BGSW’s office by our women beneficiaries into eco-friendly cloth bags. This live upcycling session prevented waste and demonstrated how discarded materials can be transformed into practical, beautiful items.
Our SwaSha (Swayam Shakti) collection, a series of products made from recycled fabrics and jute, was also highlighted during the event, providing a glimpse into the power of eco-conscious creations. Bosch associates contributed discarded blankets, which were expertly upcycled into daily-use bags. Taking their commitment a step further, many associates joined in stitching these bags, experiencing the hands-on impact of upcycling and directly supporting the journey towards a zero-waste future.
