On December 13, 2024, the dedicated team of 28 employees from Deloitte, Hyderabad, turned enthusiastic volunteers to host a purpose-driven and impactful Career Guidance Session at Nirmaan’s Youth Employment Program center in Secunderabad, supported by Mindspace, benefiting 39 beneficiaries.
The event provided a valuable platform for one-on-one interactions between our beneficiaries and the experienced Deloitte employees, who offered exceptional support. These sessions allowed participants to clear their doubts about interviews, gain insights into current market requirements, and receive practical advice. The Deloitte team shared motivational stories and insightful suggestions, leaving the beneficiaries empowered and better prepared for their future endeavors.
