The students at Roda Mistry College of Social Work & Research Centre (ICSW-TG), Gachibowli, Hyderabad, are working on a Community Project to enable a 24/7 water supply and upgrade existing sanitation and hygiene facilities at the college.
This community project is supported by Nirmaan Organization, where final-year Master of Social Work (MSW) students - Archana, Kramatha, Vamsi Kiran, and Prameela - are practicing their fieldwork.
Renovating 10 toilets for 230 students by fixing doors, locks, flush systems, and taps.
Install a new borewell to ensure 24/7 water availability for the school.
Provide sanitary pad vending machines and incinerators for girl students.
Enhance the existing hygiene and sanitation facilities for better health and cleanliness.
Implement safety measures against mosquitoes and wildlife intrusion.
