To celebrate the success of our Women in FinTech beneficiaries placed at FactSet and to inspire the new batch supported by FactSet, we hosted the 'Pitch to Elevate' event on March 19, 2025, at the FactSet office. The students who have been placed at Factset spoke to the girls, it was a motivation for the new batch to connect with the alumni. The event brought together 25 beneficiaries and 40 volunteers for a Mock Interview Session, where participants received practical interview experience and valuable feedback from industry professionals. The session also served as an opportunity for aspiring candidates to learn from those who had already stepped into the fintech industry. We at Nirmaan extend our heartfelt thanks to FactSet, the volunteers, and the beneficiaries for coming together to make this event a truly meaningful and inspiring experience!

“The key to healthy communication is having a willingness to lay aside our defensive tendencies and accept responsibility for our part of the relationship.” We at Nirmaan Organization are so grateful to @Uma Darpan Panwar and AITRI DUTTA for their wonderful guest lecture and active participation in the virtual event “Interpersonal Skills” All of our beneficiaries from our Women in Tech program really enjoyed the session. The Q & A part really helped them to resolve all of their queries related to Interpersonal Skills. Candidates gained valuable insights into Interpersonal Skills. The information was very practical & enlightening. We appreciate volunteers making time in their busy schedules to share their expertise with our beneficiaries. The Women in Tech program helps women, many of whom are first generation learners, to transition from technology education into their first career job. FactSet is supporting the growth of the Women in Tech Program to reach 600 women in 2022-23 as part of their Inspiring Tomorrow’s Engineers corporate responsibility work.
