We are excited to share that our CSR partner, Infosys Foundation, hosted the soft launch of the Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana on January 11, 2025. Enabled by nirmaan.org, the center has been operational since November 2024 and has achieved notable success by placing 56 individuals in various companies. Currently, 50 students are undergoing specialized training in ITeS and Full-Stack Java, equipping them with essential skills for promising career opportunities.
The event was graced by distinguished guests Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), founder and global CEO of Nirmaan, along with Nirmaan's senior leadership team, Venkat S K Tankasala and Anuradha Pulla; Renuka Devi, Warangal DRDA Officer; Krishna from Criscorp HR and CSR volunteers from Infosys Hyderabad DC, Mamata Trust.

In a significant step towards making Hyderabad a cleaner and greener city, Inorbit Mall Hyderabad, in collaboration with its NGO partner Nirmaan.org and the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), launched the “Sparkling Cyberabad” initiative on January 28, 2025. As part of this project, six automated electric litter pickup machines have been deployed in high-traffic locations across Cyberabad, aiming to improve urban sanitation and environmental sustainability. The machines will operate across key locations, including Kondapur (Botanical Garden), Madhapur (Inorbit Mall, Durgam Cheruvu Park), Hitech City (Shilparamam Park, Hitech City food streets, Hitex Arch), and Gachibowli (DLF Street food area, Raidurg Metro Station). Operating six days a week, these machines will help maintain cleanliness in public spaces, parks, and tech hubs. The launch event was attended by key representatives from Inorbit Malls, K Raheja Corp, GHMC, and others. As an enabling partner, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Inorbit Malls, K Raheja Corp, and GHMC for their support in enhancing urban cleanliness and sustainability.

successfully hosted a 3-day Training of Trainers (ToT) session from January 22 to 24, 2025, at Tabla Hotel, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, bringing together our skill center teams from across India.
The program kicked off with technical sessions led by Mr. varun kandimalla and Ms. Sravanthi b from Cognizant, covering Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and advanced Excel techniques. Mr. Rajesh Godi, a Data Engineering expert, introduced Python programming with topics like data types, conditional statements, loops, and hands-on coding exercises.
Meanwhile, Synchrony’s Ms. Prashanthi Naidu Tripurana and Ms. sneha karmele conducted interactive sessions on critical thinking, problem-solving, workplace ethics, communication, and presentation skills, equipping trainers to effectively guide their students.
Day two focused on advanced technical skills. Mr. Rajesh delved into Power BI, data structures, and string methods. Ms. SriRavali Samudrala, an external Java trainer, delivered a session on Core Java and Spring Boot Framework, followed by a hands-on CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) project. Mr. jeevan konduru, a Full-Stack Developer, led JavaScript training, including ES6+ features and practical sessions on form validation and building a digital clock. Synchrony’s Ms. Jyoti Peddagopu and Mr. Jagan Louis shared insights on time management, life skills, interview preparation, and personal branding.
The final day emphasized leadership and professional growth, with Nirmaan’s leadership, Mrs. Lathakumari Chidagala, presenting on skills and economic empowerment, Nirmaan's board member Mr. Venkat S K Tankasala addressing strategic planning, and highlighting the HR norms and policies presented by Mrs. Himasree Raghumudri. Mr. Jagan Louis focused on leadership development, covering active listening, communication, mentorship, and empowerment.
The training concluded with an assessment, ensuring trainers are fully equipped with technical, leadership, and soft skills to make a lasting impact.

On 22nd January 2025, Nirmaan.org had the privilege of enabling an impactful session on “Environmental Sustainability: A Pathway Towards a Sustainable Future” at Carrier, Hyderabad.
As part of Carrier Technologies India’s L&D initiative Acharya, this session was taken by Dr. A.V. Ramanjaneyulu, Principal Scientist (Agronomy) & Head AICRP on Agroforestry from Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTAU), who shared invaluable insights on sustainable practices and their importance in shaping a healthier, greener future.
Dr. Ramanjaneyulu’s expertise and thought-provoking ideas left the participants inspired to take actionable steps toward environmental preservation in their personal and professional lives.

On January 20, 2025, as part of Nirmaan’s Village Adoption Program, Synchrony distributed 131 bicycles to underprivileged students at the Government Junior College in Govindaraopet, a remote village in the Mulugu district of Telangana.
The distribution drive, implemented by Nirmaan Organization, was inaugurated by Smt. Dr. Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka), Hon’ble Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Women and Child Welfare, Government of Telangana. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Shri Divakar T S, IAS, District Collector, Mulugu, Ms. Ameena Shaikh, Assistant Vice President, Technology and Operations, Synchrony, Ms. Bridget Priya, Assistant Vice President, Technology and Operations, Synchrony, and Mr. Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder & Global CEO, Nirmaan Organization, along with other government officials and college staff.
This initiative was designed to address the challenges faced by students who walk 3 to 5 kilometers daily to attend college. By providing bicycles, Synchrony has significantly eased their commute, allowing students to focus more on their education and less on the hardships of travel.
We are grateful for the support of Synchrony in empowering the youth and enabling them to pursue their academic goals more comfortably and efficiently.

The New Year brought cheer to some underprivileged. In celebration of Bosch's Annual Day, a charity lottery contest was held by their employees, in collaboration with Nirmaan. On January 8, 2025, the generous sum enabled Bosch to sponsor 275 warm blankets to residents (labourers, daily wage workers) aged 55 and above in Rasoolpura slum in Secunderabad. It was just what they needed during the ongoing chilly winter nights! Thank you, Team Bosch for spreading warmth.

Celebrating Sustainability and Giving Back: Daan Utsav 2024 with Bosch Hyderabad! In the spirit of Daan Utsav 2024, Bosch Global Software Technologies Hyderabad associates partnered with Nirmaan Organization to support orphan and elderly shelter homes while championing sustainability. Associates generously donated clothing and garments for residents of our Orphan and elderly shelter homes. And any torn and discarded items were recycled live at BGSW's office by our women beneficiaries into eco-friendly cloth bags. This live upcycling session prevented waste and demonstrated how discarded materials can be transformed into practical, beautiful items. Our SwaSha (Swayam Shakti) collection, a series of products made from recycled fabrics and jute, was also highlighted during the event, providing a glimpse into the power of eco-conscious creations. Bosch associates contributed discarded blankets, which were expertly upcycled into daily-use bags. Taking their commitment a step further, many associates joined in stitching these bags, experiencing the hands-on impact of upcycling and directly supporting the journey towards a zero-waste future. We extend our heartfelt thanks to BGSW Hyderabad for their enthusiastic participation and unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and community empowerment.

Volunteers from DBS Tech India recently visited the Girls Orphanage in Lalapet for a day of impactful volunteering under Project Unnati. The team donated thoughtful kits for the new academic year containing clothes, books, stationery, and goodies for the girls. They also conducted interactive sessions on health, hygiene, and safety, imparting valuable knowledge. The volunteers brought warmth and genuine engagement, enriching the day with cultural performances and meaningful interactions. Project Unnati, supported by DBS Tech India, goes beyond immediate needs by holistically supporting the orphanage’s initiatives with nutritious meals, educational support, skill development programs, and infrastructure enhancements. This comprehensive approach empowers the girls to have healthier, brighter futures. We sincerely thank the DBS Tech India volunteers for their dedication and commitment to creating lasting impact.

Introducing the 'She-Enviro Impact' project, a solution to support female students in government schools by providing accessible sanitary products and proper waste disposal facilities. We aim to install sanitary pad vending machines and napkin incinerators in residential girls' schools, benefiting students from Class 5 to 12. This initiative will divert 30,355 kg of hazardous waste from landfills annually, directly impacting around 8000 girls across 20 schools in Telangana.
