Arcesium Partners with Nirmaan Organization to Transform Pediatric ICU Ward at MNJ Institute of Oncology

Arcesium has proudly collaborated with Nirmaan Organization to upgrade the Pediatric ICU Ward at the @MNJ Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Hospital, Government of Telangana. This facility will provide critical care support to children from lesser-privileged communities across Telangana and neighboring states, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment as they bravely fight cancer. The upgraded state-of-the-art equipment includes pediatric 5-Function ICU Beds, pediatric & adult ventilator, multi-channel monitors, and much more. This important initiative is expected to impact over 800 children annually, providing them with the care and support they need during challenging times. Here are some glimpses from the inauguration.

Empowering Futures: AMD Mentors 50 Beneficiaries Through Nirmaan’s Project Sankalp

We’re excited to share the impact of Project Sankalp, supported by AMD. This initiative is helping 1,600 beneficiaries, including persons with disabilities and unemployed youth, by providing skills training and connecting them to employment opportunities. On November 27th, AMD hosted a special mentorship session for 50 beneficiaries from our Project Sankalp in their Bengaluru office. The day was filled with inspiration as 50 AMD associates dedicated their time and expertise to mentor participants in resume building, interview readiness, and overall job preparedness. This interaction boosted the confidence of our beneficiaries and provided them with invaluable guidance to navigate their career journeys. We thank AMD for fostering a culture of inclusion and empowerment, and to the mentors for their wholehearted support in shaping brighter futures!
AMD Volunteers Rally to Support Flood-Affected Families and Students in Telangana

On 27th November, 140 AMD volunteers in Hyderabad came together to pack and organize relief supplies for families and students impacted by the recent floods in Telangana. Through this initiative, 1,000 long-term grocery kits were assembled to support affected families, and 1,000 back-to-school kits were prepared to ensure students can continue their education without interruption. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to AMD for their unwavering support and commitment to the community. This initiative not only provides immediate relief but also fosters hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
Empowering Trainers: Successful Internal Training of Trainers (TOT) Session

We’re happy to share the success of our Internal Training of Trainers (TOT) session held on November 26, 2024, at the Rotary Learning Center, Siddique Nagar, Hyderabad. This session was conducted for our dedicated tailoring trainers and directly impacted 12 underprivileged women beneficiaries, equipping them with skills for a brighter future. Event Highlights: Participation: 20 trainers actively engaged in this session. Skill Enhancement : All the trainers were introduced to advanced machinery and trained in the latest trending blouse designs. The hands-on experience was both engaging and empowering, adding valuable skills to their repertoire. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Nirmaan’s senior leadership: Mrs. Anuradha Pulla, Mrs. Lathakumari Chidagala, Mrs. Swapna Bompally, Mr. @Srinivas Palemoni, and Mrs. Himasree Raghumudri, for their support and guidance in making this session a resounding success. Inspiring Young Minds: Nirmaan’s 3-Day Residential Camp for Hyderabad’s Intermediate Students

From 23rd to 25th November 2024, we successfully organized a transformative 3-day residential camp at DON BOSCO School, Hyderabad, for 121 students pursuing their Intermediate 1st year from colleges across Hyderabad. The camp was inaugurated by Ch. Ram Srinivas, Chief Officer of Nirmaan's Vidya Help Line, setting the tone for three days of interactive and impactful sessions. Highlights of the Camp: Skill-Building Sessions: Focused on Intermediate subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Botany, alongside soft skills, communication workshops, and motivational talks. STEM Model Preparation: Students collaborated to design and build innovative working models using STEM concepts, fostering teamwork, creativity, and practical problem-solving. This hands-on initiative bridged the gap between theory and practice, sparking curiosity and inspiring students to explore careers in STEM fields with confidence and enthusiasm. A special thanks to the four mentors from Qualcomm and their leadership for their support and guidance in making this camp an unforgettable learning experience for the students.

On November 21, 2024, Nirmaan Organization proudly hosted the Investiture Ceremony at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), Rajasthan, officially welcoming Nirmaan's newest student chapter. This momentous occasion officially inducted a dynamic leadership team of 17 student leaders, led by Akshar Pandey, as they took on their roles and responsibilities for the chapter. The event was an inspiring opportunity to encourage collaboration among members and focus on achieving the chapter's collective goals. The dedicated team from our Youth Employment Program Center, LB Nagar, played a pivotal role in the event’s success by guiding students through resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
Empowering Education: ValueMomentum and Nirmaan Organization Transform KGBV Kandukur

ValueMomentum, along with its CSR partner Nirmaan Organization, organized a special School Adoption Program event at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Kandukur, Hyderabad, on November 14, 2024. This program is focused on giving underprivileged girls better access to education by improving their school facilities, providing important resources, and supporting their overall development. The renovation brought many improvements to the school, including: - A new dining hall for comfortable meals. - An upgraded STEM lab for hands-on learning. - Better sanitation facilities, including new washrooms, a wash area, and a sanitary pad vending machine to promote hygiene. - A power backup system to keep school activities running smoothly. - A new RO plant for clean drinking water. - A refreshed library to encourage reading. - Sports equipment to promote physical activity and teamwork. - Digital green boards and new furniture to make classrooms better for learning. The event was graced by Mrs. Uma Gogineni, Chief People Officer at ValueMomentum, as the Chief Guest. Senior leaders from ValueMomentum, including Mr. Nitin Wankhede, Mr. Deepak Kannan, Mr. Srinivasu Madasu, Mr. Sudhir Vittapu, and Mrs. Lakshmi Prasanna V, were also present. From Nirmaan Organization, Mrs. Anuradha Pulla, COO, attended the event along with Mrs. Bhargavi, Special Officer at KGBV Kandukur, and Mr. H. CapitaLand India Inspires Students at ZPHS Manikonda on Children’s Day

The team conducted a career guidance workshop, mentoring students on higher education and career preparedness, inspiring them to dream big and achieve their goals. Three Years of Impact: Nirmaan & ServiceNow Transformative Village Adoption Program

Celebrating 3 years of impactful partnership with ServiceNow, Nirmaan's Village Adoption Program continues to drive sustainable transformation in the lives of PVTGs and tribals. Over the past three years, with the support of ServiceNow, we have made significant strides in addressing critical needs in education, health, skill development, and infrastructure. Through our collaborative efforts in 3 districts (Nagarkurnool, Adilabad, and Mahbubnagar), we have positively impacted 15 villages, benefiting 716 families and 3,010 people. As we step into our fourth year of this impactful journey, we look forward to continuing our work to uplift and create lasting change in every village we touch.
