Women from underprivileged and economically weaker communities remain largely excluded from India’s financial technology workforce, with representation at just 14%. This underrepresentation is not due to lack of potential, but to systemic barriers such as limited exposure to industry trends, absence of role models, and scarce opportunities for career-focused learning.
Our program exists to break these barriers. By opening doors to quality training, professional networks, and growth opportunities, we aim to create a level playing field where women can participate, thrive, and lead in the future of finance.

Belonging to a lower socio-economic background, I had limited exposure and
faced
significant challenges in finding a job after graduation. Months of rejections,
inadequate
skills, and declining confidence left me struggling both emotionally and financially.
Joining Nirmaan’s free skill-training and placement program proved to be a
