FRYSP Beneficiaries Attend Industry Exposure & Workshop at Microsoft Bengaluru

On January 30th, our beneficiaries from the Future Ready Youth Skilling Program (FRYSP) had an enriching Industry Exposure Visit and Interview Readiness Workshop at Microsoft Bengaluru. Through Microsoft’s CSR initiative, we at Nirmaan.org are empowering 4,000 underprivileged youth across India with Technology and AI courses, ensuring they are equipped for the future workforce. This workshop, led by Microsoft volunteers, played a crucial role in enhancing their resume-building skills, mock interview experiences, and communication abilities—preparing them for real-world job opportunities. Beyond individual skilling, FRYSP is contributing to India's AI-driven workforce by making AI education accessible to youth from diverse backgrounds. As the implementation partner, we are driving large-scale skilling efforts, ensuring that young minds across the country are ready to lead in AI innovation and technology advancements.
