It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to welcome the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) first-year students from Roda Mistry College of Social Work and Research Center to Nirmaan Organization for an insightful observational visit.
The visit mainly focused on Nirmaan’s history, organizational structure, and our key focus areas. As an alum of Roda Mistry College myself, it was an honor to guide and inspire the next generation of social work leaders.
The orientation primarily emphasized how a professional social work background equips individuals to tackle society’s challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions, with empathy and sustainability serving as the guiding light when designing projects.
I also had the privilege of sharing my insights on project management and how an Agile mindset plays a pivotal role in navigating the ever-evolving CSR landscape.
