Her mother is a housewife. My name is Bhargav Bandaru. I'm from Singannnadorapalem . It is approximately 40km from Visakhapatnam. My father's name is Srinivasa Rao and he works on monthly wages as a laborer. My mother is a homemaker and her name is Venkata Lakshmi. Now I'm working with "Vishwa Samudra Kannur Express way Pvt Ltd" with a package of 2.4lakhs per annum, I'm happy now. I Came to know about Nirmaan Organization from my brother. Nirmaan Organization helped me to improve my skills which are required for excelling in a job.

After the training, she & her friend both got a job in the same company named SRI SAI DHANADA ENTERPRISES as a computer operator with a salary of Rs 10000/-. He is a native of Visakhapatnam. His father is a welder his name is Kella Papa Rao and her mother's name is Kella Lakshmi she is a housewife. Upendra is a graduate and came to know about TMF Nirmaan Smart Foundation through his friend at the time of joining he was not sure how to start his career and from where. His motto was to get a job and help his parents Financially as soon as possible. After completing this training he said that now he is very confident and can manage English, Improved his typing speed aware of basic knowledge of computers like ( Ms office, HTML, XML, Internet concept, etc..). In the first attempt he cleared his interview with WNS (CTC 170000/-) and today he is very happy and thankful to Tmf Nirmaan and requested to open more such institutes so that students like him can be benefited.
Togarapu Lakshmi is a Graduate. She is a native of Ranastalam a village near srikakulam which is around 110 km away from vizag. Her father's name is T Raju. He works on daily wages in a cement factory & her mother is a housewife. Her name is T Chinaamalu. She came to know about TMF Nirmaan from her friend who had joined recently. Both of them were in the same batch. When they joined the training they had not touched a computer before. After the training they have up-skilled themselves and both of them are working in the same company named SRI SAI DHANADA ENTERPRISES as computer operators with a salary of Rs 10000/-. We are glad to celebrate our 6years journey in SMART Project,Nirmaan Organization Two of our team members Mrs LathaKumari Chidagala and Mr. DurgaPrasad Velamala got a Long Service Award from TechMahindra Foundation for completing 6years in SMART Project. We are very much thankful to Tech Mahindra Foundation for giving this opportunity to serve youth .

Student name: Sai Sankeerthana Qualification: Degree Designation: Data Analyst Salary:11000 Company : Digi Pub Apex CoVantage India Sai sankeerthana is a dwarf girl and due to this she is unable to find a job and gets insulted by relatives and friends.But she never give up she joined at our SMART Center to learn the skills for getting job.Fortunately she completed the course successfully and got placed at Apex with salary of 11000/- per month.
Industrial visits provide the students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives the students an exposure to current work practices as opposed to theoretical knowledge being taught at their classrooms. Two of our known employers Apex Pvt Ltd & Polagony software solutions Pvt ltd gave our students an opportunity to visit their offices to provide the required interaction which students found very helpful and unique. They now have a higher understanding of the work flow which also cleared their uncertainties. The leaders of these companies also took part in this interaction and wished luck for their careers. This visit motivated and charged up students to start their journey towards their goal.
