Pilli Srinuvas: Srinuvas is a Btech from Nadimpalli Satyanarayana Institute Of Technology. He belongs to Gudivada village at Narsipatnam. His father’s name is Appa Rao & mother’s name is Sarojini. His father & Mother both are farmers staying in a village. He has come all the way from his village, stayed in a hostel, attended all the classes and gave his best to improve his skills and improved his communication in English & also Improved his computer knowledge,Typing speed. He got a job at Cloves Technologies ltd situated at IT Park Rushikonda. He is appointed as a customer care Executive with a salary of INR 14000/-per month in hand after all deductions.

On 12-01-2023 we celebrated Pongal and National Youth Day at our center TMF Gopalapatnam, we had conducted Rangavallika and Drawing competition for the current batches of trainees. It was a great success and all Students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their skills and talent. They spoke very well about the essence of celebrating "Pongal Festival" and teachings of "Swami Vivekananda."

On February 4th, TMF Nirmaan Gopalapatnam felicitated office assistant Mr. Satyanarayana Garu on his last working day at work as it was his retirement. He has been working for us for the last five years. He inspired all the people around him by tirelessly working, having determination, and dedication to his work. He has always been independent to earn for his needs. His services made all satisfied at the workplace. Center Manager Mrs.CH. Lathakmari Garu promised him to support whenever he needed help. Every Nirmanitee of the center, thankful towards him, sent off heartily, missing him a lot.

TECH MAHINDRA FOUNDATION CEO Honourable Mr.CHETAN KAPOOR Sir visited our NIRMAAN Organization, Gopalapatnam along with TMF Sai prasad sir. They both interacted with trainees and explained the importance of communication skills, IT skills, soft skills, and how to adapt to the changing environment at the workplace. He instructed the trainees to utilize all the sources which are provided by our Institute. He assisted all the trainees how to enhance their skills through learning by doing and making themselves to have a great path to develop their career growth. Sai Prasad sir also proposed the trainees gear up their personalities as well as to be potential enough to face all the challenges to grow up at their workplace. Our CEO Mr. Mayur sir and Uma Kesani mam also met these prominent people and discussed many projects which were operated by NIRMAAN. CHETAN sir also appreciated the efforts of Mr.MAYUR Sir for indulging in various welfare activities for a social cause without expecting benefits out of it. He also stated that every individual should give something back to society.He admired Mayur sir's thoughts and ideas behind the rise of NIRMAAN. All these eminent people addressed and navigated the trainees to get their successful accomplishments in the healthy atmosphere provided at TMF NIRMAAN.

Mr. DurgaPrasad Velamala: Introducing Mr Durgaprasad who is working as a Mobilization coordinator for the YEP Vizag project . He is an MBA graduate and started his career as a Computer operator At Suresh School Parvathipuram. Later, he entered into the Skill Development sector and worked as a Computer trainer, next he was promoted to mobilization coordinator. Initially, he hesitated to take this responsibility because he doesn't have experience but with the respect to management, he accepted the promotion and now he demonstrated and showcased himself and worked as Mobilization Manager in Nirmaan for the past 6 + years. His dedication is in action. For the past 6 years every year, we accomplished the training target more than what we committed to the donor.He never denies all the center works like MIS Updation, training, monitoring, helping to placements coordinator, etc. He got the “Long Service Award” from Tech Mahindra Foundation Donor of the YEP VIZAG project. About him, according to his manager, Ch Latha Kumari, “ Prasad is a genuine and genius worker. He always obeys to the organization. whatever the work assigned he would do and he is my right - hand and l are glad to give a major share in my success”. About his family: His father name is Dalinaidu and mother name is Ammadamma. Both live at kothapatnam, parvathipuram dist., working as farmers. He has one brother who works as an electrical contractor .Durga Prasad is married and his spouse name is Malathi.

Kirasani Neelakantam: He is a native of Panasa Village, Munchingiputtu mandal, Paderu which is 100km away from Visakhapatnam. His father's name is Kirasani Budra and his mother’s name is Kirasani Kanthamma. They both are farmers. He did his graduation in chemistry. He came to know about NirmaanThe organization through a paper advertisement. When he joined the training, he had many flaws but he gave his best in learning and always wanted to join a job related to Pharma. Today he is very happy as he got a job as a Pharmacist at Medicover Hospital.
Medisetty Usharani: She is a native of visakhapatnam and has completed her Graduation from Andhra University. Her father, Medisetty Appalaraji, an auto driver & mother, Medisetty Ramalakshmi, a housewife. She came to know about TMF Nirmaan Center from one of our old students who was placed just the moment she completed her training from us so she had a lot of belief that if she gets trained from our institute, she will also get a good job. She participated in many activities while training and gained a lot of confidence and oration. Today she is working with Srinivasa Agency as TELE Caller with a salary of 12000/- per month including PF and Insurance.

It’s a proud moment for TMF NIRMAAN as Y.Hemalatha, who is working with QUESS for AXIS BANK thanked us as she is very happy with the job we referred to her.
