The First-Ever Nirmaan HR Conclave 2025 on Impact Hiring – A Grand Success!

With 150+ participants, including 90 HR professionals from 80+ companies, and industry leaders & CSR representatives, Nirmaan HR Conclave has set the stage for the beginning of a series of HR Conclaves across India.

Supported by Infosys Foundation, the conclave brought together changemakers in Hyderabad on March 6, 2025, sparking crucial discussions on creating employment opportunities for marginalized youth.

With Shri Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder and Global CEO of Nirmaan.org, setting the context and Shri Shrikant Sinha, CEO of Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), delivering a powerful keynote, the event featured touching testimonials from young professionals and thought-provoking panel discussions with industry leaders.

Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) Inaugurated to Boost Skills & Careers

The Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) was officially inaugurated by Shri Srinivas Kondapalli, the Honorable Minister for Small and Medium-Scale Industries, Andhra Pradesh.

This program is designed to empower youth with essential skill development and career opportunities, marking a significant step toward shaping future talent and promoting employment in Andhra Pradesh.

The event was honored by the presence of Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder and Global CEO of the Nirmaan Organization, with Infosys Foundation CSR volunteers also present.

Infosys Foundation Launches Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana

We are excited to share that our CSR partner, Infosys Foundation, hosted the soft launch of the Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana on January 11, 2025. Enabled by nirmaan.org, the center has been operational since November 2024 and has achieved notable success by placing 56 individuals in various companies. Currently, 50 students are undergoing specialized training in ITeS and Full-Stack Java, equipping them with essential skills for promising career opportunities.

The event was graced by distinguished guests Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), founder and global CEO of Nirmaan, along with Nirmaan's senior leadership team, Venkat S K Tankasala and Anuradha Pulla; Renuka Devi, Warangal DRDA Officer; Krishna from Criscorp HR and CSR volunteers from Infosys Hyderabad DC, Mamata Trust.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Infosys Foundation for their steadfast support in empowering youth and creating impactful opportunities. Our best wishes go out to the students as they continue their training and embark on a promising journey toward professional growth and success.

Infosys Foundation and Nirmaan Organization Deliver 2,000 Flood Relief Kits to Support Mahabubabad and Khammam

Nirmaan Organization expresses gratitude to the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association for this timely initiative and acknowledges Mayur Patnala, Sana Saleha Abdul Khadar, Manohar G, and the Nirmaan team for their crucial partnership. With the support of Infosys Foundation, 2,000 flood relief kits have been successfully distributed to those in need in Mahabubabad and Khammam. As the devastation continues, this effort aims to reassure our fellow citizens that we stand together, and we will overcome this crisis. Nirmaan Won the Best Impact Award for Our Women in Tech Project

We are thrilled to have won the BestImpactAward for our Women in Tech project, supported by Infosys Foundation, in the category of Economic Employment at the CSR SMXAward on June 21, 2024, in Hyderabad! This recognition is a testament to the incredible success of our initiative, which has impacted 6,500 women across India and provided placements to 4,400 women. Thanks to the Infosys Foundation and its exceptional leadership, Manisha Saboo, and Capt. Shanthi S, for their invaluable guidance and dedication to empowering women. This award recognizes our efforts and motivates us to continue creating more opportunities and making a difference in women's lives across India.

We Have Distributed 400 Tabs to the 12-Degree College Students with the Support of Infosys

Nirmaan Organization, with the generous support of Infosys, is excited to share that, in line with our mission to empower and uplift students from marginalised communities, we have distributed 400 Tabs to the 12-degree college students of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and 100 tablets to the bright students of ZPHS Annojiguda and ZPHS Katapur schools between March 15th and April 25th. These tablets are equipped with the specialized Infosys Springboard, offering a diverse range of courses curated by experts from across India. Thanks to Infosys and its dedicated leadership, as well as all volunteers, for their unending support in uplifting our students. Looking forward to more such collaborations to make a difference in everyone's lives!

We have Finally Finished Distributing 500 Tabs for Infosys Springboard

And today, we finally finished the Infosys Springboard Tabs Distribution of 500 tabs. We reached Jagitial in the morning and then Karimnagar by afternoon. Volunteering Session on "Communication Skills" from Infosys

Just do it and eventually, the confidence will follow." - Carrie Fisher We would like to thank you for the amazing session (Communication Skills), for sharing your precious Time and Values to provide your volunteer services for enlightening the youth. The session assisted our beneficiaries in learning to manage and Communicate correctly and with confidence. Many stressed pointers of the Session were on LSRW and its importance in enhancing communication in an effective manner. The one-to-one interaction with the beneficiaries helped a lot in assessing their confidence in public speaking. We deeply appreciate the initiation of Sreelakshmi Yadav, Vamshi Muthyapu Syed Suhaib Ahmed syed. They showcased a high level of patience, enthusiasm and courtesy in answering the questions and doubts of the most inquisitive beneficiaries.
