Driving Inclusive Impact: Nirmaan and Infosys Foundation Host Transformative HR Conclave

Nirmaan, in partnership with the Infosys Foundation, continues to drive nationwide momentum through its HR Conclaves on Impact Hiring, championing inclusive employment and catalyzing purpose-driven CSR collaborations.

Held on May 6, 2025, in Bengaluru, respectively, the conclaves brought together over 210+ HR leaders from 150+ organizations, alongside CSR champions and changemakers committed to shaping an inclusive workforce.

The events marked significant milestones: * Over 5 MoUs were exchanged, paving new pathways for the inclusive hiring of youth trained at Nirmaan’s 56+ skill centers across India.

We were honored to have Ms. Manisha Saboo, Head of Infosys Foundation, as the Chief Guest, who passionately spoke about the transformative power of strategic CSR partnerships in building sustainable livelihoods.
