On 10 December 2022, Nirmaan with the support of Landmark Group successfully launched the ‘Be Healthy’ Program at KPS Jeevan Bhima Nagar School, Bangalore. In this Program, Landmark Group Volunteers, School Teachers, Students and Nirmaan Team members had participated with the main focus on following ‘Good Habits’ like washing hands regularly, cutting the nails, combing and washing face etc. This program will continue for 1 month and on every weekend, volunteers will visit schools and engage students in good habit activities and give prizes to the students who do activities regularly. Today, it was orientation day for students and volunteers where 100 students and 3 volunteers participated in this program. The school management was very grateful for the support extended by Landmark Group through the ‘Be Healthy’ program. We, from Nirmaan Organization, express our sincere gratitude to @Landmark Group and its senior leadership, CSR Team and volunteers for their generous support.

Have you ever thought, how do people remember you? Do you think that it’s really important to think how others think about you? Does it effect your life? The answer for the later questions is YES. Our aspirants @ Nirmaan Organization @ Kukatpally, have unlocked the first door that leads to wisdom - It is “knowing about themselves”. In this process, aspirants were asked to figure out their identities and write them on their left hand fingers. Next, they were asked to ponder on the root causes for those identities on the right hand fingers. Here, identities mean the qualities with which others remember us. Then, they judged whether the identities were good or bad. Based on their judgement, they came up with some counter measures to overcome their bad identities and also to work hard on improving their good identities. The trainer had shared the real-life experience of Dr. Alfred Noble, which impacted the students. It made them realize that knowing about themselves and understanding their identities has a direct connection to their success. Self- introspection helped them to refine their personality and blossom themselves in to beautiful flowers that spread their wonderful fragrance of good personality.

“The most beautiful things are not associated with money; they are memories and moments.” We are extremely delighted to share with you that we have celebrated Diwali in our Nirmaan Organization Kukatpally with the “Future skills” aspirants in which training will be provided on Soft Skills.This Wednesday (20/10/2022), we celebrated Diwali with students of ‘Future Skills’. All the students came to the institute in traditional wear.The aspirants diligently participated in the celebrations. As Diwali is known as the festival of lights, we started the celebrations with lighting the Diyas and Wax/Candle diyas. Students have embellished the diyas with flowers.Each aspirant shared their experiences on Diwali. They have decorated the diyas using paints and kundans.We have conducted an elocution competition to the students, they have performed fabulously. Celebrating gives us a sense of achievement, and it's a great way of rewarding ourselves for a job well done.
Technology based scams are increasing day by day causing financial loss and privacy threats to the general public. It is extremely important to learn to be safe from these types of scams. As a part of Learning & Development sessions, Timothy Tellagorla from Nirmaan's technology team conducted a session on "Technology Based Scams" this Wednesday on 12th October 2022. The session introduced the concept of "Deep web and Dark web" to the Nirmaan employees and outlined different ways of how a hacker attempts to steal confidential information from the users via emails and messages. The speaker has stressed the importance of not falling into the trap of such fraudulent messages or calls offering free gifts or any other financial advantages.
There is a quote that says "It is wise to learn from your experience and it is wiser to learn from the experiences of others as well". It is a great opportunity to listen to the experiences of people from different backdrops. Few of the Nirmaan team members were given such an opportunity to attend the TEDxHyderabad event which was organized on the 18th of September. Sanjay Kataram from the Technology team of Nirmaan is one of them and here is his experience in his own words. "My experience at TedxHyderabad has been magnificent and it is a memorable day for me. As a person who is immersed in the technical field, meeting people from different backgrounds was a very refreshing experience for me. The full daylong event was planned and organized very well in a way that it keeps the audience engaged throughout. Especially, I liked the talk "36 All Out" by R. Sridhar, a former Indian cricketer and fielding coach and the music played by R. Parvinder with his handmade instrument."

Founded in 1988 by Shashikant and Margaret Gupta, Apex is rooted in the ability to remove friction from processes. On 28 october Degi-Pub Apex CoVantage Hr Ms K Gayathri conducted interviews with our students at our center around 22 students attended the interview and 11 students got shortlisted and will be joining soon.
Chepuru Nandhini belongs to a middle-class family. Her father works in a shop for a daily wage and her mother is a housewife. She has a brother who is studying. She had completed her intermediate and stopped her education due to financial issues. She came to know about NIRMAAN through auto-mobilization. She joined the ITES course in NIRMAAN’s Vocational Training Center, Borabanda, Hyderabad. After the completion of the course, she got placed in BPO Convergence PVT.LTD as CCE. Now her monthly income is 13020 per month and supports her family financially.

Our Team.. Our Pride.. Recently, Sanjay Kataram from the Technology Team of Nirmaan has donated groceries worth 10,000/- to Arun Rainbow Home, Lalapet, Secunderabad towards "Nirmaan Food Bank Campaign". The campaign was started to provide groceries and food essentials to different shelter homes in Hyderabad. The success of an organization ultimately depends on its employees. For an NGO like Nirmaan, it is a strength to have such employees who not only work on the assigned tasks but also voluntarily lend hand for the organization goals. Volunteering session from Microsoft on resume building has benefited 50+ students in Bangalore, at our VTC centre . The aspirants learned about building the resume to obtain a position for applying in the technical sector, utilizing the technical skills and willingness to learn. And providing the right information, recognition, and skills in the resume of making them unique.
