On 18-may-2022 Phase-2 of Coding Initiative Program is started by Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" for degree students of TTWRDC at four locations i.e., Shadnagar, NagarKurnool, Medak and Jangaon. 1 volunteer from "Cognizant" has taken the session to 25 students. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers and the partner for the valuable time and knowledge.
On 18-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy STEM". 17 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 71 students for 2 hours. The volunteers covered various topics from basics of computers to different languages of computer. On day 6 of summer camp i.e., 17-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Basics of Coding" to the students of ZPHS Girmapur.5 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 35 students for 2 hours. Session was very informative and it gave the students a fundamental idea about the concepts of coding. On day 6 of summer camp i.e., 17-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Basics of computers and STEM" to the students of ZPHS Jagathgirinagar.19 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 125 students for 2 hours. The students were excited to learn the programming concepts throug drag and drop interfaces and throughly enjoyed the session. On day 5 of summer camp i.e., 16-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy" to the students of ZPHS Girampur.5 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 36 students for 2 hours. The session covered various topics ranging from different types of computers to learning porgramming concepts by drag and drop exercises. These exercises made it easy for the students to understand the concepts of programming. On day 5 of summer camp i.e., 16-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Fundamentals of Coding" to the students of ZPHS Jagathgirinagar.21 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 120 students for 2 hours. Session was very informative and it gave the students a fundamental idea about the concepts of coding. On day 4 of summer camp i.e., 13-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Programming Concepts" to the students of ZPHS Malkajgiri.6 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 18 students for 2 hours. The session covered various types of programming langugaes, algorithms and basics of computer components. "Loop with Bee" program was the special attraction of the session and students enjoyed it thoroughly. On day 4 of summer camp i.e., 13-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Introduction to Scratch" to the students of ZPHS Hydernagar and ZPHS Chintalguda.11 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 30 students for 2 hours. Students were very much interested and enjoyed learning about scratch platform. It covered various topics ranging from "Introduction of computers" to "Being safe online" and was very interactive and informative.
