Volunteer Session on "Descipline"

May 20, 2022

On 20-May-2022, A volunteering session has been conducted on "Descipline" with the help of Nirmaan's corporate partners CGI and Infosys. 2 volunteers have imparted knowledge to 40 students from ZPHS Pochampally and ZPHS Sangareddy. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to Mayuri from CGI and Sachin from Infosys for their valuable time and knowledge.

Volunteering session on "Communication Skills"

On 10-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "CGI" has conducted a session on "Communications Skills". The volunteers from "CGI" have imparted knowledge on importance of communication skills to the students of ZPHS school, Pochampally. The session was focused on the advantages of having good communications skills in a workplace like better understanding, good relationships with team and clients and increased productivity etc. The suggestions made to the students on how to improve the communication skills were very valuable and practical. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers and the partner for the valuable time and knowledge.

Volunteering session on "Yoga and Meditation"

On 07-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "CGI" has conducted a session on "Yoga and Meditation". 3 volunteers from "CGI" have imparted knowledge on purpose and advantages of yoga and mediation to 45 students from ZPHS school, Pochampally. The session made the students understand the importance of these traditional Indian practices and encouraged them to made it a part of their life. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers and the partner for the valuable time and knowledge.

Volunteering session on “Group discussion”

Group discussion is a method used by companies or organizations to check whether the candidates have certain personalities or skills which are a must for their members or employees.CGI Volunteer member Anuradha V empowered 40 plus young job seekers with knowledge on various aspects of GD-topics of discussion, social & interpersonal behavior, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, communication, presentation, etiquettes, do’s and don’ts, etc. The beneficiaries were extremely happy to have been a part of this session to learn! An initiative in collaboration with Nirmaan.
