Kudukuntla Anand is from a family of four, where his father is a daily wage laborer and his mother is a homemaker. Kudukuntla Anand’s sister-in-law an employee of ADP has advised him to join the Tally Course which helped him to enrich his skills and find the best career. In the course of his training Kudukuntla Anand has promoted his potential and positive behavior shown excellent dedication in acquiring knowledge about the Tally and amended his English which uplifted his spirit. Kudukuntla Anand had bagged his first job as a Personal Accountant in Techno Paints with C.T.C of Rs.1,80,000/-p.a. ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET is triumphant to see Kudukuntla Anand emerging in his endeavors that had transformed his life making him stand tall and strong on the turf. I finished my graduation and was working as a delivery boy in Hungry Boys Pizza but when I heard about this precious program I strongly believed that enrolling in the course would the best decision for my career. The Manager of “ABACUS INFRA-STRUCTURE Pvt.Ltd” Mr. Ashok Soni has visited ADP-YEP NIRMAAN Center. He interacted with the Tally aspirants and briefly introduced the company and vacant positions. Mr.Ashok Soni has screened each aspirant personally. The vacancies were for the Accountant position, Mr. Ashok Soni has asked them a few questions about accounting.
Mr. Karthik, an employee of Tech Mahindra Limited has taken a session on Resume Building at ADP Nirmaan Ameerpet Center where aspirants of the Web Mobile Application Course participated in the session. Mr. Karthik has advised the aspirants to make a few vital changes in each of their resumes and screened the aspirants individually. The session went fruitfully for two hours and our aspirants grabbed valuable points from the session. We thank Mr.Karthik for engaging our aspirants with a worthy topic as a Resume plays a key role in the Interview process and where one could add both hard skills and soft skills. Aspirants have learned how to prepare a resume effectively and revised their resumes according to their necessities. Mr. Karthik asked them a few questions to check their skills and self-confidence. The session was very interactive and productive.

Parveen Begum had studied till SSC. Her father is a mechanic. She has one sibling. She came to know about ADP-NIRMAAN through her friend. She joined the Beautician course at ADP-NIRMAAN Vocational Training Center, Borabanda, Hyderabad. After completing the course, she got placed as a parlor Assistant atSuccess story - Queen's beauty parlor now she has gained confidence and she is very happy that she is financially independent and supporting her family.

Sana’s family has struggled against extreme poverty. She stopped her studies till 7th standard and got married when she was very young. After marriage she got good support from her in-laws. They have encouraged her to learn some skills and become financially independent. She joined the beautician course after completion of the course she got placed in Madams beauty parlor. She is very happy for the support which she received from ADP-Nirmaan through which she has become financially independent.
Interacting with women and understanding about the impact. We have displayed all the products made by women and they have walked through the center, visited all the classes and interacted with students. We have briefed about the project and the number of women impacted from the past 8 years and.Students have shared success stories.
