Volunteering Session on “Virtual Interview Skills”

We would like to extend our gratitude towards Firstsource for the Probono volunteering and thank the @Firstsource Volunteers for their wonderful conversation and active participation in the virtual interview skills and resume building sessions held on 8th, 16th, and 18th of December 2021. The sessions have benefitted 100 students from various skill training centers. We thank the leaders @Gokul Anand @Shahul Karim Asha Floran Jayaraj Sankara Mahalingam and @Preethi prabhu for the support. The USP of this session is HR Experts from Firstsource have taken the session on Interview skills and Resume building. The session helped students to increase confidence level. Students have learned about essential interview communication skills to avoid sweaty palms and how can they up their energy level. It gave them an insight into how they need to communicate with their colleagues or clients. These practices can help them to get their dream job. We thank the Firstsource volunteers for supporting a great cause!We look forward to teaming again and continuing to make a difference together with Firstsource Volunteers and HYSEA

Mandya District Hospital medical equipment Donar CGI

Volunteering Session on “Financial literacy”

“Financial literacy is the ability to make informed judgments and to make effective decisions regarding the use and management of money.” We would like to thank Firstsource for the probono volunteering and thank the Firstsource #Volunteers for their wonderful insights in the Financial Literacy Sessions held on 14th and 18th Dec 2021. 60 Students got benefitted from the sessions. We thank the leaders @Shahul Karim @Asha Monnappa Floran Jayaraj Sankara Mahalingamand @Preethi for the support. The USP of this session is team from Finance wing of Firstsource have taken the session. The session was very helpful to the students, and they are very happy with learning on various financial strategies and related topics. It was overall an enlightening and insightful session! Volunteering session on “Menstrual health and Hygiene”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards Roshani Nair, Deepanjali Deepak, and Madhuri Mantrawadi from Savills India for their wonderful volunteering session in the “Menstrual Health and Hygiene” session.The #volunteering session was very informative to women participants who belong to migrant communities in #FatehNagar, #Hyderabad. All the three volunteers encouraged women participants to end the stigma and silence around to menstrual hygiene. #Women participants were motivated to ask questions making the session interactive and enjoyable for both the presenters and participants.We extend our sincere #gratitude to volunteers for taking their valuable time and helping women adopt best menstrual hygiene practices in their daily lives. Volunteering session on “Communication Skills”

Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association and Nirmaan Organization thank Sanskriti Chauhan from Qualcomm for taking up a session on Communication Skills for the students of GSSS Jacobpura of Gurgaon & The sessions had benefited 38 students. Sanskriti Chauhan made extra efforts to communicate in the local language for a better connection with the beneficiaries throughout the session.We truly appreciate and recognize your valuable time and efforts for the Volunteering activity and look forward to collaborating on more events in the future.We thank Qualcomm and its leadership for the amazing collaboration with Nirmaan – HYSEA Volunteering Activity.Further, we extend our gratitude to the HYSEA for the Intervention, it is giving exposure to the beneficiaries to connect with corporate volunteers at the school level.

Volunteering Session on “Digital literacy”

We thank Infosys Volunteers Kavya, Vijay, Peeyush kumar, Shradha, Brijesh, Sasirekha for supporting the super sessions for ZPHS Hydernagar, ZPHS Malkajgiri, GHS Chintalguda students. Students had a great time and learned the importance of yoga, mental health and the importance of digital literacy with these sessions. We look forward to working with you all in the future. By the Mental health awareness sessions students learn how to drive themselves in this society and the digital literacy session helps them to find, use and create information online in a productive way. And at last by the Antarman and yoga session they realize how to keep their body to get the spark of divinity. 10-bed-ICU ward at Government T.B & Chest Diseases Vikarabad

Nirmaan Organization is privileged to have partnered with NTT DATA for supporting the setup of the 10-bed-ICU ward at Government T.B & Chest Diseases, Ananthagiri ,Vikarabad.The facility was successfully inaugurated by Hon’ble Collector & District Magistrate Smt. K. Nikhila, I.A.S in the presence of Mr. Prasad Tipparaju, Project Program Management Strategic Advisor, NTT DATA, Ms. Uma Kesani, COO, Nirmaan Organization on 26th February 2022. We extend our gratitude to NTT DATA and its leadership, for providing generous support to the hospital. Our sincere thanks to the Hospital administration and our partners – eGovernment Foundation and Karuna Trust.

Volunteering session on “Career guidance”

Career guidance helps individuals make a shift from the general understanding of life and work to a more specific understanding of the realistic and practical career options that are available to them.Our Volunteers from Epiq conducted a session on career guidance for the government school students. Volunteering session on “Group discussion”

Group discussion is a method used by companies or organizations to check whether the candidates have certain personalities or skills which are a must for their members or employees.CGI Volunteer member Anuradha V empowered 40 plus young job seekers with knowledge on various aspects of GD-topics of discussion, social & interpersonal behavior, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, communication, presentation, etiquettes, do’s and don’ts, etc. The beneficiaries were extremely happy to have been a part of this session to learn! An initiative in collaboration with Nirmaan.

The session was very insightful to the women beneficiaries of Nirmaan’s Fateh Nagar Vocational Training Center. Many women got motivated and inspired by her session.
