Thammali Nagarjuna, from a family of 5, a native of Vikarabad ,where his father is an RMP Doctor had motivated Thammali Nagarjuna to earn a job but being an undergraduate he had lack of confidence that’s when he grabbed the chance to register in ITES Course with the advice of one of the beneficiary of ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET In the course of his training Thammali Nagarjuna, has promoted his potential and positive behavior had shown excellent dedication in acquiring knowledge about the ITES, and had amended his English which uplifted his spirit. Thammali Nagarjuna had bagged his first job as TMCO (Ticket Cash Management Officer) in L&T Metro Rail with C.T.C of Rs.1,63,000/-p.a. ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET is fruitful to see Thammali Nagarjuna emerging in his endeavors that had transformed his life making him stand tall and strong on the turf. I had no hope on getting a job until my friend Karthik who got benefitted by joining this program advised me enroll in it. I am pleased to the ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET for their generous support and contribution on me. Without your support I wouldn’t be able to achieve my career. Celebration of ‘International Girl Child Day’ at Madhuranagar in Partnership with Microsoft

On 11 Oct 2022, in celebration of ‘International Girl Child Day’, a graduation ceremony was conducted for the students who had completed a 3 months computer course like Web Applications with Nirmaan Organization at the skills centre at Madhuranagar in partnership with Microsoft. We had few dignitaries present at the event Ms. Satyavati Rathod, minister of Women and Child welfare, Telangana was the chief guest along with Ms. Divya Devarajan, IAS.

ICU ward facilities in 5 Rural Government Hospitals supported by EO,Hyderabad

Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Hyderabad supported ICU ward facilities in 5 Rural Government Hospitals in Telangana with Nirmaan Organization as Implementation Partner. EO has supported Area Hospital, Vanasthalipuram, Area Hospital, Miryalguda, District Hospital, Thunder with 10 ICU beds facility and Area Hospital, Zaheerabad and Area Hospital, Patancheru with 5 Beds ICU facility in both hospitals during Covid time. We are here to share that 2400 patients have been treated by using provided ICU facilities combining all 5 Hospitals We would like to thank EO for supporting Government Hospitals with ICU facilities that are serving the needy.

Experian GIC Hyderabad supported ICU ward facility at Kalwakurthy

An ICU facility in rural government hospitals is necessary, as this will help the patients save time and life. Launching this facility during COVID - 19 was a blessing as many patients in the rural areas were seriously in need of an ICU in their hospital. Experian GIC Hyderabad supported ICU ward facility at Community Health Centre, Kalwakurthy, in Telangana with Nirmaan Organization as implementation partner. August 2021 saw the launch of an ICU facility. It has served 392 patients who were treated for health issues like Covid 19, Postoperative critical cases, Asthma cases, etc.. patients as of July 2022. We like to thank Experian GIC Hyderabad for supporting Government Hospital with an ICU facility, which is serving needy people.

Divya came from Purushothapuram . Her father Mr. Apparao is a Security Guard. Mother Mrs. Ramulamma is a homemaker. She approached Nirmaan with the reference of her friends. According to her, Nirmaan's Training has helped her to get a satisfying job in Choice Trading Company. She is enjoying her job now .

Roja is a native of visakhapatnam. Father Mr. Kranthi Babu is a Supervisor in Asian Paints and Mother Mrs. Sujatha is a homemaker. Roja approached Nirmaan with reference from her college friends. She joined Nirmaan as a trainee with a dream to get into a good organization in which she can reach a higher position. She said “ Training in Nirmaan had helped her to improve her skills required for a job.” Presently she is working with Choice Trading Group on payroll.

Andiboyina Anil Andiboyina Anil was born and brought up in a remote village Vadapalli near anakapalli. Father Mr. A. Ramana is in a trade job and mother is A. Lokratnam. Anil came to Nirmaan with reference to a local App. When he came to Nirmaan he had very low confidence but now he is confident in his job and is serving in Choice Stock Trading Company with payroll.
