Joy of Giving from Savills

"Joy of Giving"! What could be more special this Diwali than bringing smiles on the children's face. Nirmaan Organization is thankful for the continuous efforts by the volunteers from Savills in making a difference in the lives of many individuals. On 7th Nov, a group of 12 volunteers from Savills have come up for lightning up the smiles of 35 children from the Chavadi Home by distributing the Hygiene kits and Diya painting activity. The smiles on the children's faces are priceless which has made their day filled with joy and happiness. We thank the entire leadership of Savills, Sesha Sai T V Apoorva Raghunathan and all the volunteers for their spirit to impact the communities.

Support of HCL Foundation Inaugurated the Digital Lab

Mock-Interviews for 50 Talented Women from Synchrony

"In a competitive job market, a strong resume can be your greatest asset." - Warren Buffett On October 12th, we hosted Mock-Interviews for 50 talented women from WIT Fateh Nagar in collaboration with Synchrony, offering valuable insights and guidance to the beneficiaries. Synchrony volunteers equipped 50 young women with the skills and knowledge necessary to create a compelling and professional resume. With the guidance and expertise provided by the volunteers, they were given valuable insights on how to showcase their qualifications and experiences effectively. In addition to the mock interviews, we provided one-on-one #mentorship sessions. These sessions allowed aspiring professionals to engage with experienced mentors, discuss their career aspirations, seek advice, and clear their doubts. This event served as a platform for the participants to build their confidence, expand their network, and gain insights into the tech industry. A big shout out to all the 12 #volunteers who dedicated their time and expertise to make this event successful. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Synchrony for their collaboration and commitment to empowering these talented women.

Leadership Team of Clifford Chance Visited Our Centers

On October 19th, the distinguished leadership team of Clifford Chance visited both our Vocational Training Center in Fateh Nagar and "Hope in a Cup," a cafe run by the LGBTQI+ community in Madhapur. The visit of Tiernan Brady, Venu Yadavalli, Shefali Grover Chawla, Reeti Pandey Mishra , Mrinal Agarwal, Ajitesh Mohan, and Abhishek Neela, PMP® from Clifford Chance was warmly welcomed by the staff and beneficiaries at the VTC center. They participated in a tour of the center, explored innovative programs aimed at empowering women, and engaged with beneficiaries who shared their stories and the positive impact of Nirmaan's programs. Subsequently, the leadership team was warmly received by our Hope in a Cup cafe staff. During their visit to the cafe, the leadership team witnessed the transformative power of unity and acceptance, serving as a reminder that even the simplest acts, such as sharing a cup of coffee, can lead to meaningful change. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the Clifford Chance leadership team for their inspiring visit to Nirmaan's VTC and "Hope in a Cup," showcasing their dedication to diversity and inclusion.
