Wells Fargo Volunteers Create Inclusive Learning Materials for Children

Wells Fargo, in collaboration with Nirmaan, is helping make the teaching-learning process more engaging, interactive, and impactful for students.

Over the past month, 130+ Wells Fargo volunteers created 46 tactile learning cards featuring alphabets, numbers, shapes, states, and other basic concepts through #TactileCardMaking Activity. These cards were developed to support more than 300 visually impaired, underprivileged, and primary school children across #Hyderabad and #Bangalore. These touch-and-feel resources enhance sensory learning and make classrooms more inclusive.

In addition, over 65 Wells Fargo employees strengthened classroom teaching by developing 34 subject-specific Teacher Learning Models (#TLMs) across Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Social Studies in Hyderabad. These materials include charts, diagrams, and visual aids designed to simplify concepts and support teachers in effective classroom delivery.
