Strengthening Our Culture: Nirmaan Onboards 50+ New Nirmaanites

Welcoming our newest Nirmaanites!

Today, we hosted an induction program for 50+ new joiners, marking the beginning of their journey with Nirmaan.

Our Founder, Chairperson & Global CEO, Mayur Patnala, shared Nirmaan’s core values and beliefs, emphasizing Intention + Values + Hard Work (I+V+H) as the foundation of everything we do.

Our Global CHRO, Malvieka Joshi, spoke about the role of values in shaping our culture, while department heads walked the new joiners through how their teams function, the projects they work on, and how collaboration drives impact across the organization.

At Nirmaan, each induction includes brief departmental overviews to help new joiners gain clarity on our work, understand how teams come together, and feel connected from day one.
