Its hard to believe how a journey that began in a small, humble room filled with hope has now blossomed into a magnificent headquarters in Madhapur, Hyderabad. On January 4, 2025, Nirmaan Organization marked a significant milestone by inaugurating its new Headquarters (HQ) and Global Impact Capability Center (GICC). Over the past 20 years, Nirmaan Organization has grown steadily, touching lives, fostering change, and creating possibilities for millions across the nation. As we celebrate this incredible milestone, the new HQ and Global Impact Capability Center GICC stand as symbols of our journey and collective impact.
Manohar, who has been with Nirmaan for more than 6 years, reflects on the organization’s humble beginnings. “I still remember working from a small space surrounded by boxes and everything packed tightly around us. It’s incredible how far we’ve come in such a short time. Now, having this spacious office feels so good—it’s a reminder of the progress weve made and the possibilities ahead.
The morning of the inauguration was nothing short of spectacular. The HQ and GICC were formally opened by Sri Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana. His words resonated deeply as he commended Nirmaan for addressing societal challenges through innovative partnerships and persistent dedication.
Distinguished guests such as celebrated film director Shekar Kammula, Sri Ronald Rose, IAS, Smt. Divya Devarajan, IAS, and Smt. Alagu Varshini, IAS, added grace to the occasion. They shared their admiration for Nirmaan’s two decades of selfless service. “This NGO is a testament to what unwavering commitment and vision can achieve,” Shekar Kammula remarked.
Mayur Patnala, Founder and Global CEO of Nirmaan, expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this journey. “This new phase strengthens our resolve to uplift more communities and drive meaningful change, he said, echoing the mission that has guided Nirmaan since its inception in 2005.
The celebrations extended beyond the inauguration into a heartwarming Family Day event. For the first time, Nirmaan members brought their families to witness the organizations journey and celebrate its achievements.
Children filled the HQ with laughter, running and playing in the open spaces, while the heads of the organization shared light-hearted moments with employees and their families. The day concluded with smiles all around, a reflection of the shared pride and joy within the Nirmaan community.
As we close the chapter on this monumental day, it’s impossible not to marvel at how far we’ve come. From reaching over 4 million lives to operating across 24 states and two union territories, Nirmaans impact is undeniable.
But this is just the beginning. As we step into the future, our vision remains steadfast: to empower more lives, expand our reach, and create solutions for pressing societal challenges. Next year, we aim to focus on broader initiatives, leveraging our new High Quarters as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and transformation.
This milestone isn’t merely about a building; it’s about the spirit of service that fills its walls. As we look ahead, we carry the lessons of the past 20 years and the boundless energy of everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. Together, well continue transforming lives and building a great nation.
“We have only one passion, the rise of a great nation.”
Nirmaan’s story has been one of hope, persistence, and achievement—and this new chapter promises even more possibilities.
