The PwD Empowerment Program focuses on empowering individuals over 3 to 6 months with:
Personalized counseling to help identify career goals.
Hands-on training in IT and other sectors to prepare participants for the job market.
Workshops to enhance communication, teamwork, and workplace readiness.
Ensuring at least 50% of our participants secure meaningful employment.
Enabling them to begin learning Braille and embark on their educational journey.
