Empowering Education: ValueMomentum and Nirmaan Organization Transform KGBV Kandukur

ValueMomentum, along with its CSR partner Nirmaan Organization, organized a special School Adoption Program event at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Kandukur, Hyderabad, on November 14, 2024. This program is focused on giving underprivileged girls better access to education by improving their school facilities, providing important resources, and supporting their overall development. The renovation brought many improvements to the school, including: - A new dining hall for comfortable meals. - An upgraded STEM lab for hands-on learning. - Better sanitation facilities, including new washrooms, a wash area, and a sanitary pad vending machine to promote hygiene. - A power backup system to keep school activities running smoothly. - A new RO plant for clean drinking water. - A refreshed library to encourage reading. - Sports equipment to promote physical activity and teamwork. - Digital green boards and new furniture to make classrooms better for learning. The event was graced by Mrs. Uma Gogineni, Chief People Officer at ValueMomentum, as the Chief Guest. Senior leaders from ValueMomentum, including Mr. Nitin Wankhede, Mr. Deepak Kannan, Mr. Srinivasu Madasu, Mr. Sudhir Vittapu, and Mrs. Lakshmi Prasanna V, were also present. From Nirmaan Organization, Mrs. Anuradha Pulla, COO, attended the event along with Mrs. Bhargavi, Special Officer at KGBV Kandukur, and Mr. H. Narsima, Mandal Education Officer, Kandukur, Rangareddy District. School staff, Nirmaan team members, and 10 enthusiastic volunteers from ValueMomentum supported the event. Transforming Dreams into Reality at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kondapur! With our donor ValueMomentum's support, Nirmaan as an executive partner successfully transformed a Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kondapur in Hyderabad into a model institution for underprivileged girls. This school transformation program has brought much-needed infrastructure improvements, revitalizing the school environment and creating an inspiring space for our students to learn and grow. ValueMomentum and Nirmaan Host Multi-Specialty Health Camp at WhiteCoats Family Clinic, Hyderabad

ValueMomentum, in collaboration with Nirmaan, recently organized a multi-specialty health camp at our WhiteCoats Family Clinic in Quthbullapur, Hyderabad. We are pleased to share that our dedicated team of seven doctors provided free health checkups to 214 community members—112 women and 102 men. This initiative had a meaningful impact, offering essential healthcare services to those in need. Our multi-specialty team, including experts in General Medicine, Gynecology, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Pathology, conducted 152 lab tests, ensuring comprehensive care for many. A heartfelt thank you to ValueMomentum, and all the healthcare professionals who contributed to making this event a success. Together, we are creating a healthier and stronger community.
Inaugurate the School Transformation Program at KGBV School by ValueMomentum

We're excited to share that Nirmaan, in collaboration with ValueMomentum, successfully hosted a Bhumi Puja ceremony to inaugurate the School Transformation Program at KGBV School, Kondapur in Sangareddy on April 6, 2024. Through our School Transformation Program, supported by ValueMomentum, we are enhancing KGBV Kondapur and KGBV Kadukur schools, benefitting over 750 female students. Our commitment is to creating brighter futures for the girls at Government Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) schools from socio-economically marginalized sectors of society in Telangana. The Bhumi Puja ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Srikanth Thamutam, Senior Manager at ValueMomentum, in the presence of Ms. Latha Madhuri from ValueMomentum, Ms. Kavitha, Special Officer of KGBV Kondapur, and Ms. Lavanya from the Nirmaan Organization. We extend our sincere gratitude to ValueMomentum and its esteemed leadership for their invaluable support in transforming school infrastructure through Nirmaan.
