Silicon Labs Organizes Free Multi-Specialty Health Camp in Hyderabad

In areas where healthcare facilities are inadequate, Silicon Labs stepped in to organize a free multi-specialty health camp at Basthi Dawakhana, Prem Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, on March 16, 2025.

Facilitated by Nirmaan, this initiative provided free medical care to over 310 patients from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, with the support of six specialist doctors across Pediatrics, Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and General Physician services.

The camp saw 33 girls and 23 boys under 18, while 153 women and 101 men from the adult population availed of the services. The highest number of consultations were for General Medicine (65), Pediatrics (56), and General Surgery (52), ensuring well-rounded medical support. Additionally, 56 lab tests, including CBP tests, were conducted to aid in accurate diagnoses.

Empowering Women: Free Cancer Screening Camp on Women’s Day

Breast and cervical cancer are among the most common cancers worldwide, with millions of diagnoses each year and tragically over 600,000 deaths annually. However, early detection and preventive care can save countless lives.

To address this, Silicon Labs, in collaboration with Nirmaan, has been conducting free screening camps every year across multiple regions.

On March 8, 2025, for International Women’s Day, we organized a free screening camp in Thumkunta, Telangana, benefiting 112 women with Breast and Cervical cancer Screening, facilitated by a team of three specialists, a General Physician, a Gynecologist, and a Radiologist, along with four nursing staff.

Silicon Labs and Nirmaan Host Successful Health Camp in Telangana

Silicon Labs with Nirmaan.org as an executive partner, successfully conducted a multi-specialty health camp on February 16, 2025, in Pothaipally & Devar Yamjal, Medchal District, Telangana, extending essential medical care to 202 beneficiaries and reinforcing the need for accessible healthcare in underserved communities.

With the expertise of six specialists in General Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and General Physician consultations, patients received specialized care tailored to their health concerns. A total of 109 lab tests were conducted, including Complete Blood Profile (CBP) tests, helping in early diagnosis and preventive care.

The event witnessed the active participation of 10 dedicated volunteers, who played a crucial role in organizing and assisting beneficiaries throughout the camp.

Nirmaan, in collaboration with Silicon Labs, Hosted a Multi-Speciality Health Camp

On 22nd July 2024, in Kothapet, Kesampet Mandal, Rangareddy, Nirmaan, in collaboration with Silicon Labs, hosted a Multi-Speciality Health Camp. This initiative brought together five specialist doctors to provide essential healthcare services to the community. A total of 319 patients received medical attention during this camp. Among them were 162 female and 138 male children under 18, along with 10 adult females and 9 adult males. Additionally, 108 CBP tests and 319 Blood Grouping tests were conducted to ensure comprehensive care. A heartfelt thank you to Silicon Labs and all the healthcare professionals who made this event a success. Together, we are making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Inauguration of Herbal Medicinal Theme Garden at Kondapur Botanical Garden, in Partnership with Silicon Labs

We are thrilled to announce the inauguration of Herbal Medicinal Theme Garden in Botanical Garden, Kondapur, in collaboration with Silicon Labs! On April 6, 2024, we celebrated the opening of this innovative initiative aimed at educating the public about the importance of herbal medicine and promoting awareness about the medicinal properties of various herbs and plants. We were honored to have esteemed leadership from Silicon Labs, including Manish Kothari, Senior SVP of Software Development and Site Head, Venkatesh Narasimhan, R&D Training Lead, and Bhavani Yadav, Senior Company Secretary and Legal Counsel, join us for this occasion. Special thanks to Mr. Ranjith Naik, IFS Executive Director of Eco-tourism, and Ravinder Reddy, GM, from TSFDC, for their support. We are grateful to the volunteers from Silicon Labs & Nirmaan whose dedication made this possible, impacting the lives of around 5000 individuals!
