HYSEA Education Conclave 2024: Empowering Marginalized Communities Through Technology-Driven Education

On October 18, 2024, Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association successfully organized the HYSEA Education Conclave 2024 at Infosys Ltd., Hyderabad, bringing together leaders from the IT industry, government, and education sectors to explore the role of technology in democratizing education. We were honored to be part of the panel discussions, focusing on enhancing the quality of education for marginalized communities and extending educational opportunities to rural areas through technology. We were privileged to have Dr. D. Anasuya Seethakka, Hon’ble Minister for Panchayati Raj & Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, and Women & Child Welfare, Government of Telangana, as the Chief Guest, along with esteemed guests Mr. Murali Akunuri, IAS Retd, Alagu Varshni V S, IAS, Secretary, TSWREIS, and Divakar T S, IAS, Collector & District Magistrate, Mulugu. In her address, Dr. Seethakka highlighted the vital role of CSR initiatives in transforming education for marginalized communities, urging IT companies to invest in rural education. We were proud to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 18 corporates recognized for their contributions to Nirmaan’s Disruptive Digital Intervention (DDI) Program. This initiative has directly impacted over 20,000 students and indirectly benefited more than 1.6 lakh students through 40 Digital Labs established in government schools across Telangana. A special thanks to all our corporate partners and supporters for their commitment to empowering communities through education and creating a lasting impact.

From packaging to delivering relief kits, your generous contributions and valuable time in this hour of need delivered immediate essentials, food items, medical kits, and more, bringing much-needed relief to those affected during these challenging times. RealPage Supports Flood Relief Efforts with 150 Kits in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

HYSEA and IT Industry Distribute 1,000 Relief Kits to Support Flood-Affected Families in Telangana’s Khammam and Mahabubabad

We successfully distributed 1,000 immediate relief kits, supported by the IT industry and led by HYSEA, to aid flood-hit families in Telangana’s Khammam and Mahabubabad districts. A total of 600 kits were provided to families in Khammam and 400 in Mahabubabad. Each kit, valued at Rs. 3,000, included essential supplies such as hygiene kits, medicines, first aid, baby food, and other necessities, offering crucial support to 1,000 families for over a month. This flood-relief campaign, initiated by HYSEA, has brought much-needed relief and hope to families affected by the devastating floods. We extend our heartfelt thanks to HYSEA and our industry partners for their unwavering commitment to delivering immediate relief during these challenging times. Stellantis IAP, HYSEA, and Nirmaan Organization has inaugurated a Digital Lab for Underprivileged Girls

Nirmaan Organization, in collaboration with Stellantis IAP and HYSEA, is proud to inaugurate a Digital Lab at KGBV Girls’ School in Telangana. This new facility will empower over 400 girls from underprivileged backgrounds, equipping them with crucial digital skills that are essential for success in today’s rapidly evolving world. This initiative exemplifies a shared commitment to bridging the digital divide and fostering opportunities for young learners to achieve their dreams. The event highlighted the collective effort of Stellantis IAP, HYSEA, and their dedicated volunteers, all working together to create a brighter future for these students. Flagging Off 200 Immediate Relief Kits with the Support of HYSEA and the Government of Telangana

With the generous support of the IT industry, led by HYSEA, and the Government of Telangana, we successfully flagged off a truck carrying 200 immediate relief kits of the total 10,000 kits planned at the Telangana Secretariat on September 9, 2024. These kits, valued at Rs. 3,000 each, are aimed at delivering essential food supplies and relief materials to flood-affected families in Khammam during these challenging times. The flag-off ceremony was graced by Hon'ble Sri. Sridhar Babu, IT Minister of Telangana, and Hon'ble Sri. Thummala Nageswara Rao, Agriculture Minister of Telangana, along with our esteemed partners and the Nirmaan team at the Telangana Secretariat. Our heartfelt thanks to HYSEA and the Government of Telangana for their unwavering support in providing relief measures to those affected by the floods. Together, we are working to bring hope and recovery to those impacted by this disaster.
