Firstsource and Nirmaan Organization Host Free Multi-Specialty Health Camp, Benefiting 382 Individuals

December 1, 2024

On December 1, 2024, Firstsource, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, hosted a free multi-specialty health camp at the Municipal Office in Thumukunta and Devar Yamjal. A total of 382 individuals, including 12 children and 370 adults, benefited from essential healthcare services. The camp featured six specialists: Pediatrics, Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Family Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. A total of 146 General Physician visits, 20 Pediatric check-ups, 104 Gynecology consultations, and more were provided, along with 205 lab tests for comprehensive diagnostics. Special thanks to the 20 volunteers who made this initiative possible and to Firstsource for their unwavering support in providing healthcare to underserved communities.

Empowering Health and Well-Being: Firstsource Partners with Mitr Clinic for LGBTQIA+ Health Camp

November 30, 2024

On November 30, 2024, Firstsource, in collaboration with Mitr Clinic and Nirmaan as its executive partner, organized a mini health camp to support the health and well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community. Held at Mitr Clinic, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, the event provided much-needed specialized healthcare to 37 individuals from the community. The camp offered personalized consultations to all participants, including 5 with a General Physician, 15 with an Endocrinologist, and 17 with a Dermatologist. To further support their health needs, 20 lab tests (CBP) were conducted, ensuring a thorough assessment. Our heartfelt thanks to Firstsource, Mitr Clinic, and the two dedicated volunteers, for empowering these communities with access to essential medical support.

Nirmaan Hosts Multi-Speciality Health Camp & Blood Donation Camp Inaugurated by Chief Justice of Telangana High Court

On October 4, 2024, Chief Justice of Telangana High Court, Hon’ble Sri Justice Alok Aradhe, inaugurated a Multi-Speciality Health Camp & Blood Donation Camp, organized by Nirmaan in partnership with Firstsource and Osmania General Hospital, held on the premises of the High Court in Ghansi Bazar, Hyderabad, Telangana. The free multi speciality health camp brought together 11 specialist doctors, including cardiologists, gynecologists, general physicians, general surgeons, emergency medicine specialists, orthopedic surgeons, psychiatrists, and pathologists, to provide essential healthcare services to 297 patients. Our impactful blood donation camp also saw 35 employees generously donate blood, making a significant contribution towards saving lives in our community. The event was honored by the presence of Hon’ble Sri Justice Alok Aradhe, along with other judges of the High Court, the President of the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, and senior leadership from Osmania General Hospital and FirstSource. At Nirmaan, we're committed to enhancing healthcare access and supporting our community with meaningful initiatives.

The Success of our recent Blood Donation Drive held at the Firstsource Office

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent blood donation drive held at the Firstsource office in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on July 4, 2024. This event, organized in partnership with Osmania General Hospital, saw an outstanding turnout with around 66 dedicated Firstsource volunteers stepping up to donate blood. The drive was our second collaborative effort with the wonderful team at Firstsource, highlighting our continued commitment to community service and healthcare support. The participation and enthusiasm from the donors were truly inspiring, and their contributions will undoubtedly make a significant impact in saving lives. We extend our deepest gratitude to all the blood donors for their selfless act of kindness. We would also like to thank the #Firstsource and Osmania General Hospital team for their unwavering support and collaboration.

Nirmaan with FirstSource launched two Spokes of Tele-ICU for Govt General Hospital

With support of Firstsource, today, we are launching two spokes of Tele-ICU for Govt General Hospital, Siddipet and District Hospital, Gajwel. These two hospitals are from rural parts of Telangana.

'So prevention is always better than cure'. On that mission, at Nirmaan.org in collaboration with FIRSTSOURCE conducted a series of Multispecialty health camps across Basthis/Rural to improve Health care Access and Quality Index. On 19th February we conducted #6th Camp at NRR Puram Weaker Section Colony, PEDAMMA NAGAR, Borabonda, Till now impacted #2132 patients from underprivileged sections. Reading gets your mind working across different areas. Reading opens up doors to new worlds, provides entertainment, boosts the imagination, and has positive neurological and psychological benefits. On 3rd December 2022, Nirmaan with the support of Firstsource successfully inaugurated classroom libraries at KPS Jeevan Bhima Nagar School, Bangalore. The people present in this program were Firstsource volunteers, school teachers, students, and Nirmaan Team. The school management was very grateful for the support extended by Firstsource through the classroom libraries under the ‘Book A Smile program. We from Nirmaan Organization express our sincere gratitude to Firstsource and its senior leadership, CSR Team, and volunteers for their generous support.

Library Inaugaration in ZPHS Lingampally from First Source

Libraries play a fundamental role in society as gateways to knowledge and culture. The resources and services they offer create opportunities for learning, support literacy, and education, and help shape the new ideas and perspectives that are central to a creative and innovative society. We at Nirmaan would like to share our Sincere Gratitude to Firstsource Leadership for Supporting the Beautiful library for ZPHS Lingampally school with 1100 Books. The library includes Storybooks, freedom fighters’ biographies Rhymes Books, etc. Students felt Happy about the new Innovation in Govt. The school motivates them to read books regularly. School Management appreciates the new innovation in which every class has a library of books, through this library students will get habituated to reading the books regularly. Our Sincere gratitude to Firstsource Leadership for making this happen in govt. School.

Our beneficiaries gained an indispensable experience to understand/reflect on their non-verbal and verbal communication abilities.Apart from boosting confidence and reducing their stress and anxiety, it provided an opportunity for the beneficiaries to make mistakes and work on correcting them in a safe working environment. The Session made them understand the Listening, Speaking using appropriate language and a deep research of the company before going to the interview. We deeply appreciate the Active Participation of 3 First Source volunteers Akshadag ,Nandita Chinnaraj , Sumathi Raju .
