We had an amazing session on empowering women in all fields of life. We at Nirmaan Organization, thank Betty Patnaik, Pritha Saha, Aarkaja Das and Shree Parida from Epiq for taking up a session on “Women in Science & Technology – How to build your Confidence” to the students of GICC, Noida. Our special thanks to Megan Willis for joining all the way from the USA to boost their confidence level and share her strength and what it takes to be a great leader. This session has been organized as a part of DEI India Chapter Community Outreach at Epiq and has benefited 40 students. Students loved interacting with Megan and the entire team and a few students also shared their paintings with the team during the session. We truly appreciate and recognize your valuable time and efforts for this Volunteering activity and look forward to collaborating on more events in the future.

Career guidance helps individuals make a shift from the general understanding of life and work to a more specific understanding of the realistic and practical career options that are available to them.Our Volunteers from Epiq conducted a session on career guidance for the government school students. The Session was very good, informative and all the students enjoyed the conversation with volunteers and gained valuable insight into their careers.Nirmaan Organization would like to extend our sincere gratitude towards Epiq and its CSR leadership Monica Mallela Vijay Kalapala Lakshmi J Ajit for making it happen and Umesh Hatti and other @Volunteers for their wonderful conversation and active participation in the virtual Career Guidance Session.
