Ignite is a vibrant social celebration organized by the Nirmaan student chapter at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad. This three-day fest offers underprivileged children from various orphanages memorable and inspiring experiences. Highlights include captivating performances by music bands and magicians, a range of workshops in arts, math, science, and quizzes, as well as fun activities like dance, frisbee, throwball, Kho-Kho, and kabaddi. Career guidance programs led by professors and students broaden the kids' horizons and inspire their future aspirations. Project Parishkar is a unique opportunity to influence young minds and serve as a role model. This initiative involves one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored for the children of non-teaching staff, providing them with personalized academic support and mentorship. Through Project Parishkar, volunteers can make a meaningful difference in these children's lives, helping them achieve their educational goals and fostering a brighter future.
The art of giving can truly be understood only through experiencing unforgettable moments of happiness. Through our JOGW initiative, Nirmaan organizes a series of heartwarming events each year, such as Letter of Joy, Dish of Joy, Joy of Serving, Joy of Giving, and Wish Tree. These events aim to educate and inspire others about the profound impact of giving by creating moments of joy and fulfilment. By participating in JOGW, individuals learn the true essence of generosity and the happiness that comes from making a positive difference in the lives of others.
