State Street empowers 25 women graduates through corporate exposure and career guidance

State Street hosted an exposure visit for 25 women #graduates from the WIT Skill Center in Madhura Nagar on November 11, 2025. This center is supported by State Street in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, and the visit came at a crucial time as the students entered their #placement phase after completing their 3-month skill program.

The day began with an inspiring career guidance session led by senior leadership from State Street, where students received insights into career planning, industry expectations, and growth pathways. This was followed by a two-hour interview skills workshop that equipped them with key techniques and enhanced their confidence.

Students also had the opportunity to tour the State Street corporate office, gaining first-hand exposure to workplace culture and real-time operations. The experience provided them with clarity and direction as they prepare to enter the corporate world.
