Getting a full meal. Staying healthy. Hoping someone will care.
This is the daily reality for many children growing up in orphanages and for elders spending their final years in old age homes. Life often means going without, not just food, but also comfort, attention, and emotional support.
Through our Zero Hunger – Holistic Care Program, we ensure that children and elders receive regular nutritious meals, access to quality healthcare, emotional support, and meaningful activities that help them truly thrive.
Three healthy meals a day, regular health checkups, medicines, and growth monitoring to keep
them
strong and healthy
Renovated dormitories, clean sanitation facilities, and age-friendly upgrades that create bright and friendly environments
Celebrate festivals with food, cultural performances, and distribution of
new clothes and
gifts on special occasions
Evening tuition classes and academic support, along with a computer lab for hands-on, interactive learning
Groceries, milk, medical kits, wheelchairs, and other essentials for comfort and dignity
Regular medical checkups, medicines, and emergency assistance for urgent needs
Before Nirmaan, we faced many challenges at Arun Rainbow Home in Hyderabad. faded walls, leaking roofs during the rains, and no proper doors in the bathrooms. Life was difficult.
Thanks to the Nirmaan Organization and its Project Unnati, all of this has changed. The living conditions have improved, and we now have the right resources to chase our dreams. I’ll always be grateful for their support.
