Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, a deep understanding of South Indian dishes, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high kitchen standards and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality South Indian meals according to menu specifications. Ensure dishes are efficiently prepared and attractively presented.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory by ensuring the availability and freshness of all ingredients. Help with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen staff and support team members in cooking and plating tasks. Assist in training new kitchen employees when necessary.
