VISION :

Every youth gets an opportunity to stand upon their own feet.

OUR OBJECTIVES :
  1. 1. To provide career guidance to 5000 underprivileged young girls who are (Covid & non-Covid) orphans, PwD, LGBTQ+ across the state of Telangana which will become a replicable model across the states.
  2. 2. To provide future ready youth skilling to 2500 underprivileged students from those who have been guided through career guidance.
  3. 3. To provide employment support and ensure 1500 underprivileged get placed in various sectors.

About Program

Nirmaan skill development program initiated with the objective to train youth from underprivileged communities as per market requirements and enhance their learning and employment potential and help them achieve their career goals thereby paving the right direction for a better future and improving their quality of life.

Future Ready Youth Skilling Program goal is to guide and train youth from - underserved communities which include economically weaker sections/affirmative action groups that includes PwDs, LGBTQIA+ and Covid affected orphans and semi orphans - on future ready digital skills and enhance their learning and employment potential, thereby paving the right direction for a better future and improving their quality of life. In 2022,

we are implementing the program through Microsoft and WDCW department of Government of Telangana, impacting students from underprivileged and underserved communities which include economically weaker sections/affirmative action groups – PwDs, LGBTQIA+ and Covid affected orphans and semi orphans through career guidance and of which 5000 youth skilled in web and mobile applications, ITES and Office administration courses.
